Here at Interlock Adhesives, we have effective and efficient glue stick options and a market leading range of professional Steinel hot melt glue guns to suit all requirements. The physical size of glue guns makes them perfect for more bespoke requirements such as packaging rework, POS/countertop display construction and product assembly.
Hotmelt glue guns use a heavy-duty heating element to melt the hotmelt adhesive and a trigger system to pull the stick through and apply the adhesive. As compression is applied and the adhesive cools it sets and forms a strong bond, set time is determined through the type of stick, application temperature and amount applied.
We have three main types of glue stick available, these are 11/12mm and 15mm diameter. The more common 11/12mm stick is perfect for all applications and, when paired with Seinel’s glue guns can be applied precisely and quickly.
Our three main types of hotmelt glue stick available are:
FastFix 5 – A fast setting grade for general paper and board applications. Perfect for quick assembly and packaging.
FastFix 4 – A high adhesion slower setting grade for difficult substrates including plastics, and for applications where a longer open time is needed such as product assembly.
PUR Stick – A world first! Apply super strong PUR adhesive through a regular hotmelt glue gun. Works exactly like a standard hotmelt glue stick but provides the super strong heat resistant bond of PUR. When you’re done simply run a cleaning stick through the glue gun to clean.

FastFix Pro 500 Tank Gun
The Steinel GlueMatic 3011 Series 3 glue gun is a reliable all-round gun which is perfect for lighter work loads such as end of line pop opens, project work and smaller jobs. The lightweight GlueMatic 3011 has a through put of 16g per minute, integrated foldable stand and long 2m cable.

The Steinel Gluematic 3011 lets you free yourself from the restrictions of a cable, with an amazing battery life of up to 100 minutes from one charge. The MobileGlue 3011 uses removable Power-For-All batteries from Bosch and can be purchased with or without a battery. The ECO mode applies the hotmelt glue at a lower temperature saving power and increasing safety. A super quick start time of 2 minutes gets you going fast.

The Steinel MobileGlue 5011 is a professional high performance glue gun with a powerful 18v battery to provide an excellent flow rate without being restricted by a cord. The MobileGlue 5011 uses a CAS battery which can be used for other compatible tools and can be supplied with or without a battery. The fast start up time, two application temperatures and ergonomic design make the MobileGlue 5011 the perfect glue gun for cordless heavy-duty use.

Steinal’s GlueMatic 7011 glue gun is our top of the range heavy duty glue gun packed with great features to provide a fast and precise application. The high flow rate means that you’ll never have to wait for adhesive to melt again, apply high a quantity of adhesive without slowing down production. The GlueMatic 7011 also has an LCD display which allows for an exact application temperature to be selected and monitored for consistency. It is also possible to set the amount of adhesive applied from one squeeze of the trigger for increased application accuracy.

Our largest glue gun has an adhesive melting tank so is perfect for applying standard granulate adhesive and 43mm slugs. Perfect for project work where consistency of adhesive is needed or at the end of a production line for pop opens. The FastFix 500 Tank Gun has a variable temperature control and does not require compressed air to operate. The trigger is adjustable for comfort and applying smaller amounts of hotmelt adhesive.
