Today (Saturday 8th March) is International Women’s Day, a global event celebrating incredible achievements of women worldwide while reflecting on the ongoing work needed to ensure gender equality for all. It’s a day to recognize the women who have shaped industries, broken barriers, and driven change, as well as the everyday women who continue to inspire us through their resilience, creativity, and determination.
At Interlock Adhesives, our fantastic ladies are an integral part of the team, bringing forth a wealth of knowledge not just in the world of adhesives, but in our offices, warehouse and operations as well!

One of our longest serving colleagues, Teresa is a constant source of inspiration. Her dedication, intelligence, and unwavering commitment to excellence have made a significant impact on our team and beyond. She consistently leads by example, showing not only the importance of hard work but also the value of empathy, collaboration, and empowering others along the way. From her forklift and warehouse knowledge to her dedication to customer care, Teresa is a true asset in every aspect of her role. She loves engaging with our customers and goes above and beyond to make sure their adhesive operations are watertight.
In her spare time, Teresa likes going for walks in the countryside, reading and spending time with her family.
The youngest member of our team, Jane excels in multiple areas of our business. From operations to sales and marketing, her ability to streamline processes, drive growth and create impactful marketing strategies has not only contributed to our team’s success but has also set a standard of excellence for all of us. Jane is responsible for many different areas of the business. From managing & ordering stock & organising, incoming and outgoing deliveries, to overseeing our website and LinkedIn page, her versatility and focus helps drive our operation.
What truly sets Jane apart is her skill and ability to see the big picture while focusing on the details. Whether it’s optimizing our operations, developing innovative sales strategies, or executing marketing campaigns that truly resonate with our audience, she does it all with passion and precision.
In her spare time, Jane likes gaming, reading and shopping.
Although Gabby has only recently joined our team, she has already made an impression with her energy, creativity, and fresh perspective. In a short time, she has shown the kind of determination and passion that is truly inspiring, and her innovative ideas and collaborative spirit have already brought a positive impact to our projects. Gabby is responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base, and her confidence, strong work ethic and drive help her to excel at the role.

In her spare time, Gabby likes going to festivals, singing karaoke and going on days out with her dog, Murphy.
Jacqui is our finance manager, and her attention to detail and strong organisational skills are a huge asset to our team. She ensures our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently, and her expertise has been invaluable. Jacqui’s work behind the scenes plays a vital role in the success of our business and her ability to manage complex tasks with precision is truly inspiring. Jacqui is a great example of the talent and strength that women bring to every industry.
